โดยเฉพาะประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกลายเป็นเมือง (Urbanization) และปัญหาของเมืองที่เจริญเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว เช่น การจราจรติดขัด ความเหลื่อมล้ำ การเกิดขึ้นของชุมชนแออัดและมลพิษ การสูญหายของประวัติศาสตร์และวัฒนธรรมย่อย นอกจากนี้ยังเกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลที่มีส่วนในการเชื่อมโยงเมืองหลักและเมืองรอง ตลอดจนประเทศไทยกับภูมิภาค ซึ่งอาจหมายถึงกิจกรรมทางการค้า การให้ความช่วยเหลือ การร่วมมือป้องกันภัยอันตรายต่าง ๆ ร่วมกัน การเชื่อมโยงกับองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลที่เป็นเหมือนระบบประสาทดิจิทัล (Digital Nervous System) ระหว่างหน่วยงานเพื่อตอบสนองกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือทำให้การบริหารจัดการเมืองมีประสิทธิภาพสูงขึ้น เป็นต้น ซึ่งมีโอกาสที่จะทำให้สังคมไทยฉุกคิดและเปลี่ยนแปลงวิถีชีวิต วิธีการทำงาน รูปแบบธุรกิจ การสร้างสรรค์สินค้าและบริการที่จะช่วยให้ประชากร ประชาสังคม มหาวิทยาลัย ภาครัฐ ภาคธุรกิจ อุตสาหกรรม มีส่วนช่วยกันทำให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

It includes people involving in connecting primary and secondary cities, and Bangkok and regional areas as well, which may refer to activities such as trade, assistance, cooperation in preventing various hazards, linking between international organizations, digital nervous system-like data linkages between agencies to respond to changes and make urban management more efficient.
